August 1, 2021 marks the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army(PLA). Over the 94 years, the PLA has fought many battles and is never afraid of sacrifice, striding forward from victory to victory. Over the past year, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the people's armed forces have thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping thought on strengthening the military, resolutely safeguarded China's sovereignty, security and development interests. China's armed forces have kept on taking action to responded faithfully to the call for a community with a shared future for mankind, actively fulfilled their international obligations as the armed forces of a major country, comprehensively promoted international military cooperation for the new era, and striven for a better world of lasting peace and common security, celebrated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.
To celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the PLA, Chinese Mission to the EU set up a special column to show the PLA struggle course and building achievements over the past 94 years.
